Generali Tower: sustainability showcase

Generali Tower in Milan obtained LEED Platinum Certification

The Generali Tower in Milan has just been awarded LEED Platinum certification. The high rise building, designed by Zaha Hadid Studio, achieved the LEED Core & Shell Platinum certification by implementing valuable strategies such as installing an efficient HVAC system, based on Climaveneta units: AHUs for the tower and a combination of AHUs and Roof Top units for the shopping centre.

To learn more about this project, watch the video interview that was made when the tower was still under construction in January 2018.
